Straight away I'm intrigued. Singer and X Factor judge Redfoo was chased after he glassed someone who attacked him? Really?
Here I am, the newest member of the Scribblevision team. I'm the girl who started her working life cleaning a butcher shop, took a mid-career break to pick daffodils in Cornwall, and in the baby years even attempted to earn a living selling cosmetics via party plan.
So the big question, “is it even worth upgrading my website?” Well I could start this article with the obvious answer and be done with it. But nevertheless I’d like to give you a little insight into why I think it’s a good idea to use the latest web technologies and what the benefits are of having a professional website.

Ok so in our professional opinion there are many, many reasons why internet explorer shouldn’t be used. For us it’s a matter of unsupported web technologies and lack of web standard compliance. But for the vast majority of users there is a much more important reason to stay away from this bug infested, security venerable web browser.

…and there are many more reasons. This article on Computer World by Michael Horowitz outlines 12 reasons why not to use IE. Michael Horowitz is not just some computer geek writing blogs on the net, he wrote the very first computer program in 1973. Spent 20 years working on IBM. Yes he was there before that windows guy! …and the mac guy for the matter.
Any way more to the point if you are an Internet Explorer user PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favour and get upgraded to one of the following… (These are all free too!)
